How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and click "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout and complete your payment to confirm your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@matalino.in or +91 8451929203.

How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS with your order details after successful payment.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days.

Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India including remote locations.

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Use our Track My Order page to check your delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags intact. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at support@matalino.in with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
