Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day easy exchange from the date of delivery. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, simply reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags are intact
The item is returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
